If you’ve ever wished Circle Time could be simple, meaningful, and actually doable in a homeschool setting—this is for you.
I just finished creating a yearlong Preschool & Kindergarten Circle Time Curriculum designed for homeschool families who want structure without the overwhelm. Whether you’re teaching one kid or wrangling a toddler while a 2nd grader reads aloud (hi, that’s me), this curriculum is built for you. I’ve been working on converting a lot of the teaching material and homeschool resources I’ve used over the years to be able to share and sell and I’m finally getting my act in gear (a little bit at least)
What Is It?
Each month (July through May), you’ll get 4 weeks of themed Circle Time lessons that take about 30 minutes a day. They include:
- Letter & Number of the Week
- Themed Story Suggestions (library-friendly picks!)
- Simple Crafts
- Movement Games or Hands-On Activities
- Optional Friday Field Trips or Home Ideas
- History & Social Studies integrated gently (California Kindergarten Standards-aligned)
And yes—your kids will actually look forward to it. Mine do at least!
Why I Created This
I’m a homeschool mom of three and a former special education teacher. I’ve tried a lot of preschool programs over the years—some were too “schooly,” some too chaotic, and most didn’t flex with the real-life rhythm of our home.
So I built one that does. It’s playful, seasonal, literacy-rich, and deeply rooted in connection.
And my favorite part? It’s designed for multi-age use. My second grader leads calendar and weather, my kindergartener helps with stories and games, and my preschooler is gently introduced to letters, numbers, and community concepts—without worksheets or pressure. Once they get older I’ll introduce more structure into our history lessons but for now this is something can grow with until my youngest is a little older.
