A little bit of a change of plans here. Originally I was going to be racing my next marathon in honor of my grandfather…I still am but I’m adding a very special person to that list.
I’m running the California International Marathon this December in honor of my dad, who is fighting pancreatic cancer. 💜 I’ve set up a donation page to support research—absolutely no pressure, but I felt like it was the right thing to do.
This will be my second marathon, and I start training at the end of August. Each mile I run will be in honor of all of you who have been part of our family’s story and who hold such a special place in our hearts.
