Running 🏃🏼‍♀️ Homeschooling 📚 Cycling 🚴🏼‍♀️

Welcome to Run Teach Bike! I’m Erikaceae, a homeschooling mom of three, an athlete at heart, and a lover of all things learning and adventure. This blog is a space where I share the reality of homeschooling, the joy (and chaos!) of raising little ones, and my journey back into fitness through running and cycling—all while balancing life as a busy stay-at-home mom.

A Little About Me

I’m a former classroom teacher with a journey into the tech fitness space before fully immersing into the world of homeschooling my three kids: a second grader, a kindergartener, and a preschooler. We follow a mix of structured curriculum and child-led learning, embracing the flexibility and freedom that homeschooling allows.

Beyond teaching, I have a deep passion for movement. I’m working toward regaining my strength and endurance as I train for my second marathon, my first half Iron Man, and get back into bike racing. Exercise isn’t just about fitness for me—it’s about mental clarity, setting an example for my kids, and feeling strong in every area of life.
